The Avatar of Branchala

One of the original avatars, Yua-pel was chosen by Branchala when she was 26.

She had left her brood, not wanting to be used as a slave by the Yuan-ti and managed to find refuge at a Bardic College. There she founded joy in wordsmithing and music. She was overjoyed by the chance to become their avatar. She sought out the other chosen and went through the Ceremony with them.

Ever since The Anarchy Agency stole The Instrument of Song, Yua-pel has been waiting for a chance to restore all of the Artifacts to the Council of Avatars. She was heavily involved in The Order of Oghma, helping Selena track down as many of the Artifacts as they could. Yua-pel would do anything to get the Artifacts back.
