Majika Pansophical

Founded by Swift, the avatar of Leira, the Majika Pansophical was created to regulate magical power in Wyvina. They seek out mages with unpredictable power and refer them to the Magika Venatra for training. They establish wards of protection around public areas to protect from wild magic attacks. They also, if necessary, restrain and imprison magic users who have purposefully used their magic to harm others.
