Pandemonium

Pandemonium is the home of all infernal creatures. The place is consumed with constant chaos and war, as the Demon Lords all vie for a higher position in the pecking order of Demonkind. Of course, these positions are prone to change as the territory is rarely held for long. Furthermore, anyone killed in this constant state of warfare simply reconstitutes sometime later. Even those that escape to the mortal world, seeking greater power through the consumption of souls return to Pandemonium to be reborn. This means that attrition and regicide simply aren’t options. No one of the seven lords will ever truly gain the upper-hand because their rivals can neither die or run out of troops.
