Secret Shrine to Aoskar

Located in the tunnels of Undersigil, a secret passage leads to a small room with a marble statue of a woman looking into a cauldron filled with realistic stars and nebulas.  The cauldron is a one way  portal to the Astral Sea. A faint symbol of Aoskar, the dead god of portals, marks the forehead of the woman.
