23rd Heroes of the Green Star
Once per decade, hopeful would-be heroes register their names to be selected in the great Hero Lottery. Six winners are selected to form a group of adventurers who are sent out from the protective walls of the city, in the hopes of fulfilling the Green Star prophecy and restore life back to the platinum lands.
The ingenuity of the 21st Heroes of the Green Star led to some fresh information pointing to an abbey in the mountains, despite both them and the 22nd Heroes of the Green Star dying in their attempt to find it.
The group instead dedicated their time to researching the possible location of the abbey, eventually settling on Ironstone Abbey and heading out to find more clues there. After arriving at the abbey, they found that a monk there had a manuscript of prayers and visions that depicted the falling green star and its location, along with nightmare images and verses in alien language written in blood.
They were soon overwhelmed by a horde of undead, including members of previous teams that had found the place and perished there as well. Only Sylyra Dawnwhisper managed to flee the abbey and return to ???Delm???, where she remains in a sanitorium, no longer connected with the present, her elven mind having been fractured by the trauma.
