Orbital Rings

The Orbital Rings were the massive structure built in Visctheria's stratosphere after the Impact of the Strutheo Star. When the comet struck the surface, Arcanists from all over the world banded together to design, construct, and fill the Rings with survivors, moving the remaining population of Visctheria entirely off the surface of the planet.

The Rings themselves are a wonderous union of Magic and technology, three massive armillary bands of metal circling the planet and moving slowly in its orbit. Each level holds millions of homes, and hundreds of millions of people. The highest level is reserved for the upper echelons of Orbital Age Visctherian society - politicians, corporation heads, and the old money survivors - while the two lower rings house the grand majority of the rebuilt Visctherian population.
