Mana

One of the basic Magical Energies, the energy of thought, it is generated by all creatures with at least rudimentary intelligence. Mana is used by mages for their spells. It is present throughout the world in varying density, depending on the number and intelligence of local creatures. Inside a human, mana is stored primarily in the brain. Mana is one of two basic energies that has elemental forms.
