In 1975 the first generation of Super powered being appeared , the first Heros and villains being hunted like criminals by the police. In 1991 the first laws appeared the heroes and the worlds governments teaming up to push back the tide of villany beginning the golden age of heroes. The year is 2024 and a new villain is beginning to move in the shadows, and heroes are dissapearing at an alarming rate.
