Undying Descendants

At the Beginning of Time, humanity and vampire came into existence.
When the next generations arrived the vampires began a war of control. Two groups formed, only one survived and the other dissolved into obscurity. The Undying Descendants set up the first hierarchy of leadership for the various clans and families to answer to.
They set up the very first Congress of family heads and set down the laws of vampires. Each clan and family is responsible for controlling their members and maintaining the laws.
