The Beel

Beel are ancient masters of the art of witchcraft, legends tell that the Beel held a large empire throughout the land of Vedania. The texts provide theories that Beel and the Krull were the truly only races that Sereptra, the Great Serpent had created. Whereas Tita had birthed mankind, and Brega had formed the Elves, Dwarves, Gnomes and Halflings. At one point, history tells that the Beel empire, who at the time were ocean living creatures, betrayed Sereptra, the Great Serpent, and as punishment he took away their gills and fins, forcing them to suffer a life on land. Now, Beel are feared by all, and the center of many horrible stories of their wrath, The Inquisition studied deeply into their culture, and determined that perhaps only a few hundred still exist, deep within the bowels of Vedania.
