The Back Alley

The Back Alley is just that. A secluded part of the city of Amrosia where the guards don't go, some due to being paid off. To get there, you must travel down a seedy alleyway, where you will meet Milky Gonzalez standing beside a barrel, next to a jet black painted door. The door leads into the underworld of Amrosia, black markets and information from gangs and crime bosses. As long as you don't bring the law with you, you can gain entrance and whatever you seek.
