Mecin Joins the Universe

Mecin appears to the universe, fully grown, and claims to be Heisei's daughter.  Many miraculous healings occur, sparking the creation of the Church of Peace, sometimes claiming to have had a conversation with a god while injured or sick.  This god is later revealed to be Heisei.  Mecin starts promoting an end to the war, although when none of the gods stop, she settles for helping the people affected by the war.
