Crown of Frigga

A mithril circlet with an emerald encircled by diamonds. The crown will provide its wearer with +1 Charisma, +2 Intelligence, +3 wisdom. The crown also provides the wearer with Detect Lies.
The Crown is rumored to have belonged to the Aesir Goddess Frigga, Aesir wife of Wotan, the All Father. It is thru the crown that she kept aware of Odin’s dalliances with other women. Frigga is rumored to have sent the crown to the mortal plane before her fall.
