Kingdom of Fire

The Kingdom of Fire is a kingdom located on the southern part of the contient of Luna. The lands of the kingdom during The Awakening were turned into volcanic wastelands and humanity suffered the hardest in this area. Because of this, the thousand or so people that survived The Awakening deemed themselves worthy in the eyes of god to rule their kingdom, causing the Kingdom of Fire to become a Monarchy. The current King of The Kingdom of Fire is King Apollo II. There is a great emphasis on greek-like culture in the kingdom, causing most of the members of the royal family to be named after greek gods and demigods.
Outside of the Capital of Bucking, the land is wrought with streams of fire. The future of the kingdom depends solely on it's ability to terraform the land, as they did with the capital.
Currently, The Kingdom of Fire's rivalry with The Kingdom of Ice is at an all time high, which has pushed much of their forces to the borders of their land. The conflict between the two nations is deeply seated in the history of the continent before The Awakening. The Kingdom of Fire, formerly being comprised of revolutionaries attempting to escape the Monarchist regime of the Kingdom of Ice, eventually grew to repeat history with their own monarch's policies.
