With a few waves of his pendulum blades and some choice words Mr. 6 can make the weak minded do his biding and if given the time enough time and the proper set up he can convince people with strong minds and or strong wills to follow his orders as well.

Physical Description

Body Features

Light colored skin.
Thinner then most but still has small firm and define muscel mass along with a light 6 pack.

Identifying Characteristics

His fuzzy black afro with a wide white streek through the top left side. A secondary helpful feature that isn't that helpful on it's own his the dark half circles under his eyes from lack of sleep.

Special abilities

Hypnotism - With a few waves of one of his pendulum blades and some choice words Mr. 6 can make the weak minded do almost anything her want to. The stronger the mind or will of a person the more work he has to do to fully Hypnotism. Given enough time, the right tools, and area he can fully hypnotize anyone.
He can do many things with this skill including making people his loyal puppets, warping someones mind to think a totally different way, making people see things that are not there or not see things that are, implant orders into someones mind that they will preform upon seeing or hearing a trigger that he decided on, tricks the body into doing things it shouldn't such as staying up all night without feeling tired or unlocking hidden strength allowing an average person to bend steel bars, and much more.
With this skill he often sets up few fall back plans in case things go bad for him which often relying on hypnotic orders he has implanted into people without them knowing. With a few hypnotic key words the people enter a trance and follow his orders completing the last part of the plan and taking care of lose ends.
His hypnotism is not all powerful and people with strong enough minds and or will power can resist the hypnotism although it is hard to do unless they do their best to have minimum sight of his Pendulum Blades and ignore his hypnotic chants. If they do fall to his hypnotism some people with very strong minds and or will power can eventually break free give enough time and the right situations. Although only a few people have managed to do this and only when forced to do something they would never do otherwise while people that are close to them call out to them trying to get them to stop.

Specialized Equipment

Pendulum Blades - Two large flat metal rings. 1/4 of each ring is removed and is replaced with a round curved metal handle, covered in ratty fabric, that has each end touching one end of the bladed ring. A long strong cord attaches each ring to one of his forearms allowing him to swing them in wide arc allowing hit to hit multiple targets at once.

He works for Rowha Works as a hypnotist and assassin. His main job being hypnotizing people into helping Rowha Works such as Law Enforcers letting Rowha agents and other allies go free of any charges, Business men signing over their companies, Doors and safes left unlocked, Assassins and Mercenaries working for free and then either killing themselves or letting law officers catch them.
He has also helped agents and a couple fellow officers get over phobias and PTSD from extra rough missions through his hypnotism. Due to his ratty appearance and ability to bend peoples minds in any way he wants lots of agents are scared of him, afraid he'll turn them into his puppets. Most of the agents that have come to him have done so reluctantly and only when they have something that is threatening their work performance since the fear of being punished or most likely terminated for failure is greater then their fear of a man shifting their thoughts and mentality around.

Morality & Philosophy

While obviously a little morally corrupt due to him using his hypnotism to get people to do things they wouldn't do other wise, sometimes with heavy negative consequences to themselves, he dose realize how cruel it can be and doesn't use it in ways that can ruin lives without a good reason. At least not without a reason he views as good enough and many people have tried to call him out on his "good enough" not being good enough for them. He however quickly makes them see things his way.
While he has been known to use it frivolously on weak minded people to get out of restaurant bills, make annoying people shut up, or get items he wants for free the more drastic the action is the more he thinks about if he should do it or not.

Personality Characteristics

Motivation

His only motivation for his own actions and his work for Rowha Works is money and power. While hes more interested in the power given to him by his rank allowing him to stand above people that would other wise look down on him he realizes the value of money and loves how it adds to his power but at the same time he is far from greedy.

Vices & Personality flaws

Annoyed by people who constantly look down on him and underestimate his abilities and power. A few times when someone first meets him is fine but if they constantly look down on him it annoys him greatly.

Personality Quirks

When ever he has to write his code name he always writes it as it's roman numeral version. Unless he has to wright it in it's normal word of "Six" for documents or type it on a electronic device since he dosen't like VI without the lines above and below it and as such just clicks "6".
