Grabbers

Creature's Appearance

The Grabbers are thin creatures with 4 spindly legs at its base. Most Grabbers have the appearance of a flower with a long black stem and gold petals (above their legs). However some Grabbers have been seen to resemble plants more Earth like.
With close enough inspection one may be able to notice what appears to be a closed eye somewhere along the body (what appears to be the stem) of this creature. One may also notice what appears to be a mouth in the center of the 'petals'.

Creature's Appearance

Due to the nature of how the Grabbers operate, they are very rarely seen around areas where flora fails to fruitfully grow (settling in an area like this, would make them stand out more). It is also uncommon for these creatures to be seen within cities (some struggle to dig into the harder ground of the overgrown city areas).
These creatures are known to be extremely patient. They can stay in the same spot motionless for around 3 days. However if they haven't managed to feed off of unknowing passersby within the space of few days, they will decide to relocate to another area that might provide them with a higher chance of feeding.
Once they find, what they believe to be a suitable location, they will begin to dig their spindly legs into the ground, starting their ruse.
Once a living being come close to this creature (coming into contact with these Grabbers) they will instant grab their prey and attempt to start consuming them.
