Floaters
Creature's Appearance
Floaters are large creatures that (as the name would suggest) slowly float across the world in a manor that can be characterized as peaceful and tranquil. They are fairly circular in size, however they do not appear to possess any solid structure, resembling something more like a floating mass of oil surrounded by water (a fluid dynamic mass).
The colouring of the mass, that makes up Floaters, changes in an almost gradual way (red to oranges, oranges to yellows for instance) constantly emitting a glow as it does so.
Akin to Jellyfish, these Floaters would possess tendrils that drop down from the bottom of their bodies (also appearing as a fluid mass). These tendrils move and flutter in the sky almost as if they have no density. They appear much thicker and sometimes shorter than those that Jellyfish possess.
Creature's Behaviour
The 'Floaters' are known as one of the more docile creatures to emerge from the rifts by those that have come into close contact them. These people don't know whether this is due to the 'Floaters' being friendly toward humans, or for other reasons.
Unknown to those that encounter Floaters, these creatures do not require nutrients to survive as other lifes do, and thus has no need to feed (meaning they also have no need to kill). They do not however see Humans as entities that threaten their life, and restrain from showing any violence towards those that do not show direct violence to them.
Floaters tend to move in large groups and are very rarely seen alone.
With these creatures changing the colour they glow almost consistently, it isn't rare to find people gathering from a distance to relish in what could be described as a beautiful light show akin to something one would have seen with auroras in the old world. Many that view this believe the changing of the Floaters' colours is how these creatures communicate.
