Barren Plains

The barren plains are what the people of the world refer to as the vast land that is around cities. Areas of the world that few to none inhabit. These areas can range from more natural locations (forests, hills and such) to more man made sections (Highways, lighthouses and isolated theme parks for example).
The barren plains are known to be extremely overgrown, in a similar manor to the overgrown cities, with leaves growing and stretching across the ground within many areas of this land. This makes much of the barren plains difficult to navigate and travel.
