The inheritence item for the Filta District, the Otto is a Chimerian Relic said to have pretected the district from monsters at the time of its founding.
The item is a Delterian police revolver (modeled after the .38 ACP Webley-Fosbery Automatic Revolver, for reference), one of the few remaining in a useable condition after 200 years of the merge, decorated with rose-coloured embroidery and the 'Otto' inscription (being the old weapon manufactorer's name) well maintained.
While now unusable (no one can find any ammo for it!), its still passed down to Filta's elected representatives as a symbol of the district's power.
