Garou Forest

An expansive forest covering a good portion of the continent. The majority of the races that live here are humans and elves. The population mostly lives in villages from big to small with the majority of their trade being agriculture. The largest settlement, however, is a kingdom in the middle of the forest and provides a central hub for trade. The kingdom provides the most diversity within the forest region as many people come from their lands seeking to sell or provide unique services known in their homeland.
Since the war against the lycanthropes the majority of the villages have dedicated laws oppressing them. Some of the laws include, no lycans can own land within a certain distance of village property or farmland, no lycans can hold political seats, lycans banished from certain establishments.
The majority of the lycanthrope population consists of werewolves, werebears, and weretigers, with wererats known to be in the kingdom's sewers. Werewolves are the majority with werebears being the second and wererats the third. There are a few small settlements the werewolves managed to create far away from people, however, with the growing population and the movement of people stretching farther from the central kingdom the werewolves are forced to stand their ground.
