You can choose Fey forms for your wildshapes. If the form you take could normally cast spells, you can cast spells that you know but not spells known or innate to your present form. You retain this ability while Varlef's Guardian is planted, so long as you are attuned to it.
You can cast Conjure Fey without spending a spell slot. This does not use your concentration. You cannot use the ability again until you complete a long rest. You retain this ability while Varlef's Guardian is planted, so long as you are attuned to it.
As an action, Varlef's Guardian can be planted in soft earth beneath the open sky and will sprout immediately into a huge willow tree whose drooping branches reach out and encompass a 30 foot radius circle. The tree is actually an ancient treant that will defend any creatures who were beneath its canopy when it was planted and any other creatures they are with and view as an ally. If the treant cannot see any hostile creatures it returns to the spot it was planted until needed again. The tree will remain there until destroyed or until exactly 1 year has passed. If it is destroyed, the quarterstaff is also. At the end of that year, it turns back into a quarterstaff standing, planted in the ground.
