Tome of Stilted Tongues

While attuned to this item, the wielder can cast Comprehend Languages and Tongues once per day without consuming a spell slot. Additionally, at the start of every day you can choose a language you don't know. You learn that language until the end of your next long rest.
Curse: You lose the ability to speak and understand Common, even while under spell effects that would normally allow you to do so. Additionally, you can't pick Common as your language known through this tome.
