Thunk's Embrace, the Wolfmaster's Call

This cloak of many different wolf pelts smells distinctly of ale and mead. The different fur colors meld into a collage of whites, browns, blacks, and grays. Inside the cloak, a seemingly infinite amount of small pockets have been sewn in. They hold all manner of small bits and bobs of whoever owns the cloak. At one point owned by a terrible wolfmaster, it was taken by a member of Halfmoon. One that would change the cloak's intent forever more.

You can understand dogs and wolves growls and current intent. You have advantage on animal handling checks when dealing with wolves or dogs
