Attunement: Must know at least one level 1 spell.

Significance

This staff is religiously significant to the feral Raurians, suspected by the micefolk to have originated from the crater in which the ferals had a religious site.
The staff itself is unassuming gnarled wood, with a upside-down desiccated bat tied to the head.
