Session 2 - Ruffian Rumble
General Summary
-Party brought ruffian to guard captain Faulk Cornwallis
-Faulk released ruffian as there was no evidence
-Heavy storm came into town and everyone was off work at the tavern
-Ruffian gave something to tavern barkeep Ulric Mistsplitter and in exchange received a quartz chalice with a drink in it
-Party gathered supplies at Sunny Pig General Store and headed in the direction of the ruffian they scared off in the north fairgrounds
-Party found a battle site with 3 sprites/pixies that had been turned into "mummies" with evidence of a magical battle
-Party followed footsteps till they found a massive cavern
-Investigating the cavern they found a recently used campsite and a mushroom patch
-Party battled with stealthed rock creatures and won
-Exploring further into cavern, party discovered a hallway that had been carved from the stone
-The hallway had indecipherable text on top of walls and statues of an angelic figure
-Hallway ended in a large circular room with 2 larger statues of angelic figure on left and right side with a Yuan-Ti woman at the far end
-The party inquired about the Yuan-Ti's purpose here, but got no answers
-Amar, the parties paladin, gave a traditional greeting of Menda, and the Yuan-Ti attacked
-The battle was difficult, 2 party members (Emrys and Amar) were downed in the fight, but the party was victorious.
-The Yuan-Ti shriveled and became "mummified" just like the pixies in the forest had been
-Suoroc, the parties wizard, found a secret staircase that led deeper into the earth
-The party then took a long rest to recover from the battle
