Session 15 - Humble Return
General Summary
-The party exited the slaughterhouse after defeating Jorvus Anlay
-The undead had lost their magic and were lying dead in the streets along with the townsfolk that didn't make it.
-Bala Ragemaw was cleaning and blessing the Temple of Lodus and any undead she could find.
-The party saw Faulk Cornwallis and Alria Elevir leaving the Goreck Barracks
-Amar and Jonathan DeWitt helped Bala Ragemaw clean up the temple and the streets around it.
-Kelbi Kross went to check on Genvee Cromveil while Suoroc and Emrys Tanda went to talk with Faulk Cornwallis and Alria Elevir
-Kelbi Kross spoke with Genvee Cromveil and learned that Genvee's mother, Ish Cromveil was slain during the events and that Genvee still had feelings for Kelbi.
-Faulk Cornwallis and Alria Elevir thanked Suoroc and Emrys Tanda for saving the town. Alria stated they needed to talk with the party and went to the tavern.
-The party gathered at the tavern and Alria Elevir revealed herself to be part of the Onyx Order
-Alria Elevir told the party that there have been reports of a cult rising throughout Galemoor that match the description of what Jorvus Anlay was trying to accomplish and worship. There were also priestesses that are being targeted and kidnapped.
-The party showed Alria Elevir Jorvus Anlay new journal page they found and learned that the main dwarven town is in Understille.
-Alria Elevir also let the town know that Falconreach has had a series of 3 murders of young women recently and that if they wished to investigate that to contact Elryn Swiftspear as the next member of the Onyx Order . -The party discussed their options and seemed to favor going to Falconreach and Faulk Cornwallis said that the town was still going to throw some type of party even if the festival had been ruined.
-The group then went to the Inn and talked with Dawn Gath for a moment before taking a long rest -When the party awoke they were told by Dawn Gath that the town had left them gifts. They found them outside the Inn with baskets of fruit, bread, linen, mushrooms, bobbles, and various other things with a parchment saying "Thank You so much" and signed by people behind the paper.
-The group went to the fairgrounds north of town and was met with townsfolk greeting them and thanking them for saving Goreck with the merchants that had survived, setting up their booths surrounded a massive bonfire burning high
-Suoroc talked with Finare Isalon and was given some information about The Trinity and Divine Spark
-Kelbi Kross and Amar met Ortgu Skullsplitter who Kelbi Kross won a pair of handaxes from. -Jonathan DeWitt was weary of the whole get together and stayed back to observe the party.
-Kelbi Kross then went to a booth to purchase a gift for Genvee Cromveil and talked with Grindylocks and purchased a bottle of ink, necklace, and ring.
-Amar purchased a battleaxe from Ortgu Skullsplitter
-Jonathan DeWitt and Suoroc talked with Kelvin Woodleaf . Jonathan was given a discount on truth poison in exchange for a night with Kelvin. Suoroc purchased a healing potion.
-Emrys Tanda and Kelbi Kross met Tavria The Magnificent, a traveling bard who said she was going to make a song about them.
-Emrys Tanda purchased a greatsword from Ortgu Skullsplitter
-Kelbi Kross gave her gift to Genvee Cromveil and learned that his family was thinking about purchasing the The Grey Ranger and renaming it after their mother. Kelbi agreed it was a great idea and that it was sad he couldn't go with her, but it was best he stay to look after his father and the Tavern.
