Resca

A country in West Wix known across the land as the Drunken Carnival, Resca lives by the motto, “You only live once” The hedonistic society is ruled by the Counsel of Resca, greedily taking all resources and revenue from the people, but giving them endless entertainment and fun. The closer you get to the capital the more chaotic and rundown the country seems. Streets lined with garbage and waste are commonplace. The people are callous and always seeking the next thing to enjoy. Entering the country is easy and many do it for a weekend getaway, but leaving the country is worlds more difficult, needing a personal note from one of the counsel, which rumors states has never happened. A massive wall and 24/7 surveillance guards the borders.
