A mining operation in Mortar Pass that was funded by Noqhir Tylondris to uncover ancient dwarven ruins and the possibility of retrieving a scroll that is said to be there. The operation has been postponed as ettercaps and spiders have infested the ruins. The company is now instead taking contracts for metal and ore extraction instead.
