Cerulean Vanguard

A secret society dedicated to uncovering the true history of Wix. They have members all over the world who are focusing on ancient ruins, historical sites, religious buildings, etc. They each have a badge with 6 gem sockets. You can tell the rank by how many gems they have. The highest rank being a 7 gem master, which currently only 1 exist. Once a member reaches the 3rd gem they must conduct a research assignment for their specific specialization.
