The Kingdom of Terra

If the people of Ignis are Wisteria's engineers, Terrans are its mad scientists. Terran make heavy use of magic, even in their daily lives, and its institutions are at the forefront of magical innovation. Terrans consider themselves enlightened, and thus the most enlightened person represents them as their king.

Structure

Terra is organized like Earth's medieval states. Each region is ruled by lesser nobles, who all report to the king.

Public Agenda

Terrans aim to advance magic to the point that mortals can challenge the gods. They are still pious, but their hunger for magical knowledge knows no bounds.

History

In response to the growing threat of The Commonwealth of Ignis's expansion, King Renart the Dawnbringer conquered and united the feuding estates of Erza. Its following expansion overseas happened more gradually.
