00C • How did that get here?

General Summary

The Musical Menagerie, if they can even be called that, are still in the Everglacier. They boarded the raft to cross the water. North used the troll's 15-foot-long spear to steer them down the cavern though it barely touched the bottom of the water. There was a killer whale guarding the back alcove but y'all managed to... put him out of the fight and eventually kill him. He was guarding the real and captured Santa Claus, Cool Santa.

Santa, being a very cool guy, whipped out a pair of shades and promised gifts for you all as thanks for saving him and Barren Eve. You asked a bunch of questions which he was happy to answer. He then froze the water in a really cool way and left the glacial cave with his reindeer and sleigh in tow.

Then, your party headed deeper into the cave and found some mammoths. Santa Claws had a great conversational encounter with them and after feeding them they agreed that if you needed help they would help as long as you freed them.

Also, Linx went for a swim and spotted a crow's nest plus what appeared to be a sunken ship. North swam down the roughly 80 feet to see the name of the ship was Waveblade. The skeletal crew spotted North and the party behind him when he insulted them, and combat ensued. You killed 8 skellies in all plus the wraith captain, Captain Wyna. You made quick work of them, and then you busted into the locked hold and looted it for all it was worth.

During the combat, your rogue who surely could've picked the difficult lock, avoided the water and scouted around the rest of the watery cave. Nothing wrong with doing that though because you discovered quite a few penguins spread across the water and some alcoves. One alcove in particular looked more densely packed than the rest of the area.
