A strange man from Dredger's Maw. Rather odd for a Drowner. He spends his time harassing ships and stealing loot. Nobody really cares much for him, but his crew seem to enjoy is company, but they love the gold he brings them. If he could, we would kill every last one of them, but they're already dead.
But as time passed, he started to gain a name for himself. He knows something, something about our deaths. Something he wants explained.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

The Admiral seems rather worse for wear compared to most Drowners. Most of his skin has gone missing, and his muscles are all but gone. His bones have turned blue with Kraken blood. An unnatural shade of blue. Not blue like the ocean, but blue... Like a glowing corpse. His head like a skull, his scalp is the only thing remaining He seems to have barnacles all over his body. Rather strange considering he's incorporeal. Most people assume that he just lets them stay there, like aesthetic pets.

Body Features

His hair is a long, greasy tendril of black and grey. His teeth have gone as blue as his bones. His rib-cage is exposed, holding only two writhing lungs and a squirming black heart, still beating with a dying, glowing aura.

Despite not needing to, he swims like a Glowfang. Moving side to side like a serpent. He think's it's threatening, but people think it's funny.

Motivation

Nobody knows why, Admiral Ogdo really started the Coalition. Everybody knows he wants to find out the secrets of the Arks, but that's what everybody wants. Ogdo is different. I know Ogdo well, he always has his own reasons. Ogdo might be hiding a secret from us. He's proven to us that he knows more than anyone. Maybe he's tied to the Arks somehow. They've proven to be more "mystical" than we were let on to believe.

Savvies & Ineptitudes

He knows more than he's letting on, but he truly and honestly is a silly person. As a result, it was hard to take him seriously before he formed the Coalition.

A rather lateral thinker, he's come up with the most creative and complex strategies that would take a group of people to concoct. He's a very persuasive and manipulative person. He can coax out any information he wants from an unwitting participant.

He is surprisingly friendly despite being a bloodthirsty inquisitor pirate. But he does get rather violent, usually that just means he tries to throttle your incorporeal neck, but if it's a living human it can get rather bloody. Thousands of broken necks, he's got a thing for broken necks I think. Can't be too sure, but I'm also too afraid to ask.

His voice gets higher and higher the angrier it gets and it's the most god damned hilarious thing you will ever witness. One time we thought a squeaker was lodged in a spout somewhere, turns out the Admiral just stubbed his incorporeal toe. How does one stub a non-existent toe?

We're not too sure where he get's his money from, we think he get's extra cash from looting the ships but that's way too much gold for one local kook to have. And he keeps spending it on filthy clothes. What is he doing with all those pirate rags?
