Lower Westerlands
The Lower Westerlands comprise all the lands south of the ----- river, which covers an area of 198 thousand square miles. Of this, 74% (149 thousand sq. miles) is arable land, and 25% (49 thousand sq. miles) is wilderness.
Approximately this region has a population of 19 million people, a large majority of them being children of men, with the Riverfolk and the Barlish being the most numerous minorities.
