Io

Io is the creator god of dragons and the world. 
Io was once the chief deity worshiped by dragons, god of all dragonkind, peace and balance. She was seen by her people as creator of all things. She was neutral in alignment, but contained within her all alignments. Her symbol was a multi-coloured disk.
Io was said in legend to have been slain by an adamantine axe wielded by an elemental prince of Chaos, as she is the perfection of balance, containing all alignments. It is also said that she cares only for dragonkind, but this, also, is only half-true.
Instead, when Io was split in two by Erek-Hus, her spirit returned to the First Void and she has not intervened in the world since, although she watches over her creation and especially the dragonfolk.
