Off the Top
The hat shop is a plaster and wood-framed tower, with large windows and tile flooring. the hats in the window are of all shapes and sizes making it fun to look at.
The specialty is an adventurous looking feathered cap that is rumored to make you better as surviving in the wild. (+1 to survival check while worn.)
