Career Progression

Every time you learn at least 1 new language gain a linguist feat of your choosing
After learning 10 additonal languages gain this ability. When you deceive or persuade someone with a critical success you have a 1% chance to receive the gifted linguist class.

when you take this feat it reduces the time taken to learn a language by 10%. You may take this up to 9 times stacking the effect up to 90% time reduction.

When trying to deceive or persuade a creature while speaking in their native tongue you gain a +1.
if taken a second time you instead get a +2 and improved criticals in persuasion.
if take a third time you instead get a +4 and improved criticals in persuasion and deception. you may only take this feat 3 times.

Decoder

When dealing with codes you have a 30% chance to recognize and decode it at a glance and learn how to read and write the code by heart.
if taken a second time you have a 40% chance instead.
if taken a third time you have a 50% chance instead and can tell the race and gender of someone simply by their writing. 
this feat can only be taken 3 times
