Planeshears

The Planeshears are a powerful, ancient weapon developed and used by the Celestial Order in the Dividing War with the ability to rip dimensional holes, which are much more dangerous compared to the stable portals created by spells or the naturally occurring rifts. The use of the Planeshears is what allowed the Clockwork Empire to enter the Metaphysical Plane.
