Merca Province

One of the last reaches of Wess realm. Mostly governed by a small unique racial group mixing Dozdmr and Wesser together. Ruled by a strong tribe settled in a stone city near Lake Nirn. This tribe refused to submit to 4th Empellor of the Solier Empelle, thus through a 3 year campaign brought the Merca region under fold. The tribe ruling was burned out of it's home, any survivors migrating east into the wild lands. (Eventually called the Sulkson Valley) The Merca province was the 7th province founded by the Empelle.
Merca Province acts as one of the most loyal provinces to the Empellor's will, most of it's citizens being new immigrants from territories already governed by the Empelle. From the first Grand Governor established in the Merca Province the Merca province grew to follow a tradition of only choosing a new governing heir through the blessing of the ruling Empellor. This practice is highly contested with the other Grand Governors as a cheep tactic to gain Empellor's favor and a vote sided with the Empellor at all times.
The present Ruling Grand Governor being Faithful Hindors. A fragile man needing the aid of his more capable wife to walk at any reasonable length. Merca as a Province is often called the Daughter province acting as a loyal submissive territory to the Empellor's will. Their leader parallel this with his inability to govern in manners outside of standard law used in the city of Sol.

Corhai Mountain Legion

Merca being one of the lower populated provinces able to only sustain one proper legion often acting as a guard watching over the various mountain passes in between Merca to the Wild lands and the Gaurg Tribes.

Geography

A heavily mountainous region with several large valleys. One large river cutting through the province. 2 most notable landmarks in the province being a dominate volcano near the edge of it's territory and a large lake known as Lake Nirn.
