Jut Calendar

An old form of time keeping created in the Lou Sept, an island off the larger Igolt peninsula. Accepted into the Sept of Ig and eventually used as the standard for all Septs of Iggmo. This calendar became the bases of all civilizations in the Civil Stage and soon the world. a portion of the Durrocian people, Droog, and Ixionic follow different calendars formed from their own cultures.

  The calendar 8 months, 2 within each prominent season. This midways were often the date of many holidays in the Civil Stage to enable the tracking of the days more accurately without losing track. For the Kenji tropics the concept was to portray the 4 months of dry season and 4 months of wet, yet in the temperate reaches of the world was fairly broken into 4 season.

History

The Lou Sept established on the island of Luti followed a local faith align with the weather heavily. The Pures people developed a calendar in result of their worship of the time and weather. The establishment of predicted weather patterns was called Jut among the Sept.
Pures, a large racial group of the Kenji species inhabiting the western reach of the Kenji Tropics or the Bessc, Igolt regions.
