To get this information she often disguises herself and manipulates people into believing that they love her and then leaving them as soon as she gets the information she needs.
Delphine is 23 years old, and around 5'7 feet tall with an average weight for her height. She has hazel eyes, light brown hair with blonde highlights, and lightly tanned and freckled skin. Delphine frequently wears tight-fitting clothing and expensive jewelry. Her personality varies depending on who she is disguised as but she is generally snide, cunning, and rude to people she deems as below her.
Delphine is legendary among rebels for her ability to supply information that could topple the government of Warelvain if given to the right people. Although her information supplying is incredibly expensive, many people would be willing to pay for it at the chance that it could be useful.
