Melded

Melding is a uncurbable magical condition. It is a rare side effect sometimes of a Echo Storm. The stricken individual winds up becoming mixed up with a item or being of some kind. This is usually very painful and few survive for long once the Echo Storm has passed. It can be cured but only if a greater dispel magic is cast on the person with in 5 minutes after the end of the Echo Storm. It is however a seldom thing to happen as it requires a precise and exact alignment of circumstances namely for a Melding to have happened and for there to be a person capable of casting the required spell on hand within the required time frame.
