Mithral District

The Mithral District is an exclusive district in Alzira , home to the city's most wealthy and aristocratic families. Some of these rich mercantile houses own magnificent sprawling estates within the district, House Arboix 's estate alone sprawls across several city blocks. It is also home to many of Alzira's government buildings, including the Hall of Lords and the grand, multi-leveled temple to The Lady of Fortune .
No Alzirans of common birth may enter are welcome within the Mithral District unless they presented the proper paperwork to the guards to prove they were performing tasks or errands for the privileged residents within its walls.
