VtM: Boston

Boston, City of champions. I'd like to think of myself as one, I think a lot of people can speak to the exploits of Aurelio De Luca across the globe, but Boston is my home. For vampires, Boston is a departure from the norm. It's last prince was a Malkavian named Quentin King. Most cities are ruled by a Giovani, or a Venture, some uptight lordling who wants to indulge in his power. But here we have a schizophrenic former cop who thought he was King Arthur. Malkavians aren't naturally given to ruling, on account of their brains working against them, but this guy did a good job. Did all he could to keep the Sabbat out.   Unfortunately the Sabbat finally caught up with him. He got real unlucky about ten years ago and ended up impaled. Thankful finding a new prince was easy. His Sister Ellie King, another Malkavian, fell in love with my father, a Toreador man named Tusconi De Luca. they had a son, they named him Marcello, and he's the new prince. Practically raised him myself, I couldn't be more proud!   So now, instead of a Malkavian prince, Boston has a Toreador. and so he enacted some changes. Some for better, some for worse. You see he's got a little bit of Malkavian in him, He gets crazy ideas, and sometimes they're downright brilliant, but a lot of them haven't made him many friends. I try to keep him in check, and he gives me the power to help as many kindred out of bad situations as I can.   Like I said, Boston is a departure from the norm. We got two sets of Sabbat, cleverly named the Skulls and the Bones. Both worship the guy who killed King, but both think the other one is wrong about who that is. Our Nosferatus live in skyscrapers instead of sewers, Our Anarchs don't take to the streets much, but if you come to them you'll notice they're more batshit than your average breed. And something nasty is going on in the background, hunters know where to find us, The inquisition seems a little more knowledgeable than usual, and I'm pretty sure the Followers of Set are hiding something big.   Some say these are the signs of Gehenna. I say that's just Boston. and I wouldn't have it any other way.
