Værdo

The world of Værdo is... a vast place. Few people still live in the age 11 000, and even fewer leave their cities. Said cities are few and far inbetween, and the vast lands between them are filled with dangerous creatures, only wishing to sate their hunger. Anyone who strays too far from their home risks their lives and their soul. However, in this fear filled world, there is still hope.   Stories shared among the people often tell of a divine creature, a woman whose white hair shines like the stars, and whose powers know no bounds. She does not follow the rules of reality, changing the shape of herself and her weapon as she pleases. She fights for the people, and is said to have lived since the gods themselves roamed the planet.   Yet after conquering every person she deemed evil, and even going against those of her own species, she was locked away. Caught by the unknown and trapped deep underground, in the ruins of the forgotten temple of the gods.     Now in the present, four adventurers leave their home in the capital in the search of an ancient temple. The friends all dream of stopping the murderous creatures trapping their species, and each hope to release the creature they've heard of so many times before.
