Iktombra's Catacombs

The great bone Fairie Iktombra was banished from the Unseelie Court in an age long past and now she dwells within the city of Rinwood deep in it's sprawling catacombs. After all her Fairies must have a common place of gathering and no better a place than that of what she covets most in her exile, the bones of the lifeless.   She sends several sprites out each night to collect bones that no longer have bodies to call their own and brings them within her labyrinthian home so that she might give them a final resting place amidst the souls who have forgotten their homes and know not of where they belong.   If meeting Iktombra within her catacombs and she is hostile, she has access to the following options   Lair Actions: On Initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties) Iktombra can take a lair action from the following options. She cannot use the same action two rounds in a row.   Entomb The earthy ground begins to bend and move capturing and suffocating anyone caught in the middle of the effect. Each creature caught in a 20ft square of Iktombra's choice in her catacomb makes a DC 22 Dexterity saving throw. On a fail a creature is restrained and unconscious by the choking dirt surrounding them. On a success a creature avoids the moving earth and doesn't suffer from the effects.   Summon Spirits Iktombra envokes the spirits of the catacombs to come to her aid. 3(1d4+1) ghosts appear in any area within Iktombra's catacomb within 5ft of where hostiles are present. This can only be used in one area at a time.   Soulish Consumption Until the end of initiative count 20 on the next turn, any non-undead creature that tries to cast a spell of 6th level of lower in Iktombra's lair is wracked with soul rotting pain. The creature can choose another action, but if it tries to cast a spell it must make a DC 22 Constitution save. On a failed save, it takes (1d6) necrotic damage per level of the spell, the spell has no effect and the spell slot is wasted. on a successful save the necrotic damage is halved and the spell takes effect.
