Oboe Akoni

Oboe Akoni is the owner and proprietor of the Ship Without Sails in Denlo's Rest. His large frame and deep voice belie his warmhearted nature. But only a fool would attempt to cross Oboe, and the few who have tried can attest to that.

Originally from faraway lands, he was taken from his mother as a baby and treated as a pet aboard a merchant ship. During his early years travelling from port to port, he learned much about trading and commerce, deciding at a young age that he would someday set-up his own shop. Years later, when he arrived in Denlo's Rest for the first time, and saw the abandoned galleon on its shores, he decided the time was right for him to venture on his own. Thus, the Ship Without Sails was founded.
