Leaf Branding

This tradition involves placing leaves against the skin and applying a staining substance called Inmena. The result is a temporary leaf-shaped brand on the skin. The complexity of the leaf brands increases with creativity and skill as more intricate leaf stencils are used.
Leaf branding is done as a pastime during the harvest season and the Prime of autumn when Inmena Flowers grow, and it has a similar tradition known as Nature Branding. Adults and the devout will create a mixture using Inmena to make tattoos. While still temporary, they last two seasons and drive a deeper connection to nature.
