Mental characteristics

Personal history

Inx was born of Melecta's existence, a purer manifestation of Flux. Less infused with the everything of all that exists and all that could exist, Inx was an existence inherently tied to the flux domain while also being balanced by remnants of stagnation. She was the perfect aspect. Even deities could grow tired, but she did not tire. Not once did she stop or slow down, fighting against the inherent need for rest intrinsically added by the mild amounts of stagnation present in her existence. Without fail did she always succeed, and was always praised by Rafoo and Melecta for her contributions and efforts.

It wasn't until one of the first mortal settlements formed did she finally find something of interest. She watched them idly while she would force realms into balance and mediate tensions of the primordial and the avatars. Stretched thin, still, she had time to appreciate mortality, to appreciate freedom. The lives of mortals, fleeting and vibrant, fascinated her. She saw in them a reflection of her own nature – ever-changing, ever-growing. Her admiration grew, and she began to intervene subtly, guiding them, nurturing their growth, and protecting their burgeoning societies. Inx became not just a deity of flux, but a guardian and nurturer of mortal life.
