Basic Information
Anatomy
The creature is essentially a collection of roughly circular vertebrae which move in a somewhat snakelike pattern, using the sand as an ocean. It has an exoskeleton, which protects the Voormif-filled interior.
Genetics and Reproduction
It takes 12-15 years for one of this species to gestate, and at that point they leave their parent's mouth and are left to fend for themselves, which becomes a test of the survival of the fittest for whichever of them can reach the leyline before starvation.

The way that the Dunewyrm mates is by the wyrm which is to carry the young eating it's mate, causing a release of pheremones in the eaten mate which forces it to puke out reproductive bile, at which pointi t exits through the other end, this can be repeated with the previously eaten eating the previously eating.

Dietary Needs and Habits
It eats the magic which accumulates at leyline intersections, and it stores it's food in the form of Voormif, which serves a similar purpose to fat in other races.
Biological Cycle
