Half-Elf
A species born from sexual interactions between elves and humans. A half-elf is often shunned by both parent species and may often feel rejected as they get older.
Basic Information
Anatomy
They are much like humans, but are taller like elves. They have smaller ears than elves but they are still pointy. They have almond shaped eyes, like elves, but the men can grow facial hair. They are stronger than elves but aren't as strong as humans. They otherwise resemble a human, with a few other elvish features, such as delicate facial features or higher cheekbones.

They reproduce sexually.
Growth Rate & Stages
They develop at a similiar speed to elves, perhaps a few years faster. And are considered "adult" around the age of 20 years old.
Ecology and Habitats
They still like to live in the woods like their elven parents, but they can be found wandering around in cities and towns as well.

They are omnivores and eat both meat and plants. They can hunt their own food, as well as buy it.

They generally have higher cheekbones than humans, and more delicate features. Their eyes are almond shaped like elves. The males can grow facial hair.

Theyc an be found in many places, but mostly in forests, or in human settlements.

They are fairly smart, some are raised by elves and learn but are shunned. Some are raised by humans and generally schooled for a time. They are also shunned by humans as well.

Their hearing and sight is almost twice as good as a humans, but still only half as good as and elves. They also have limited nightvision.

There beauty ideals are some mix between those of humans and elves, so they often like to see pretty dresses, makeups, and other beauty enhancers.

They don't have many but the men often go out and hunt and work harder than women.

They haven't particulary made any discoveries because how small and rare their species is. But some have assisted in making other technologies.
